  • 1 cup fig preserves = 11 1/2 ounces
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups canola oil
  • 1/4 cup gluten free sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup toasted pecan pieces (optional)
  • 1 bag Taste Gluten Free Fig Cake Mix

For frosting:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pound confectioner's sugar
