Blueberry Coffee Cake, oh so good. A very moist cake that would also be good made in muffin cups and topped with cream cheese frosting and fresh blueberries.

Pam's Tip - Buy FRESH Blueberries and freeze them!

You will need:

  • 1/4 cup butter (room temperature)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1-1/2 cups blue berries (frozen works best)
  • cinnamon sugar
  • 1 bag Taste Gluten Free Blueberry Coffee Cake

Cooking instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Grease 9 inch round pan
Using electric mixer, mix the following: 
  • Butter, cream cheese, pure vanilla extract, water
  • Add dry mix ingredients - mix well
Then continue with:
  • Stir in blueberries by hand
  • Pour batter into prepared pan
  • Spread with knife
  • Sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar
  • Bake for 50-10 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean
  • Cool
  • Loosen by gently running knife around the edge
  • Turnover on a plate or wire rack
